This calculator estimates residential HVAC replacement pricing from the values you enter. It does not provide market pricing, equipment sizing or selection, engineering, code interpretation, tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice. It does not calculate rebates or tax credits.

You are responsible for checking project scope, costs, person-hours, overhead, tax treatment, and any customer estimate before using or sharing it. Sales tax is calculated only from the method, rate, and taxable selling amount you enter; the calculator does not determine which amounts are taxable.

Estimated profit is the pre-tax selling price less entered direct costs and allocated overhead. It is a job-pricing estimate and does not establish accounting gross profit or net profit. Actual costs and profitability can differ from your assumptions.
